A paved boardwalk that lets visitors wander around while watching the view of the San Juan Bay, the facade of the former Spanish prison headquarters, and other landmark spots of Old San Juan (the Walled City). The boardwalk has a trail to walk up to El Morro.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, people who are part of the same family unit need to keep a distance of at least 6 feet between each other and everyone needs to take other precautionary measures. Maximum amount of people at certain places has been limited.

During weekends and weekdays when cruise ships arrive to the San Juan Bay, you may see a lot of activity at Paseo La Princesa. Artisans and businesses that sell food, snacks, and refreshments are gathered around this place. You may find a local beverage known as maví.
